"Be the change that you wish to see in the world.”
- Mahatma Gandhi

Spiritual Wellness involves the constant search for aligning personal beliefs and values to define purpose in our lives.

Through focused prayer and meditation, true meaning can evolve. This enlightenment can increase the probability of finding love and respect, forgiveness, fulfillment, and tolerance of others and ourselves. This search for spiritual well-being is a must for balanced health!

“To keep the body in good health is a duty... otherwise we shall not be able to keep the mind strong and clear.”
- Buddha

Physical Wellness is often the most understood, popular, and traditional aspect of health.

Since external signs can be obvious of a person’s fitness or level of health, and labs can be monitored for normal or abnormal values, treatments can be designed and individualized to adjust medications, supplements, diet, exercise, sleep, self-care, alcohol use, and more, to affect how people look and feel.

The constant prioritization of physical health is critical to achieve our goal of optimal well-being!

“You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.”
- Buddha

Emotional Wellness is often the least understood and under-emphasized pillar of health.

It is imperative to gain awareness of our feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, if we are to trust, love, remain optimistic, set realistic life goals, and follow through on personal priorities. Many times, this involves looking into past experiences, whether good or bad, to better understand why we communicate the way we do or act the way we act.

By focusing on emotional well-being, we can have more control of our actions and thoughts, ultimately becoming healthier!

“My soul honors your soul. I honor the place in where the entire universe resides. I honor the light, love, truth, beauty & peace within you, because it is also within me. In sharing these things, we are united, we are the same, we are one.”
- Meaning of Namaste

Relational Wellness refers to interpersonal interactions.

These relationships are highly important at home, particularly with our spouse or kids, but should not be overlooked in importance in social or work contexts. When relationships are appropriately developed and nurtured, people on both sides of the relationship can be supported, empowered, and strengthened.

Many times, relationships are taken for granted, resulting in strains on energy, motivation, and self-esteem for you or the people you interact with regularly.

Prioritizing yourself and others in proper balance can have a tremendous positive impact on your health!
