Optimal wellness and proactive prevention strategies have been passions of mine since graduating medical school. Not only have I been partnering with patients to maximize lifestyle choices, but I strive to “practice what I preach” as well.
For more than a decade, I have taught courses in academic medicine regarding cardiovascular health and I have practiced with an evidence-based approach to strategically reduce someone’s probability of having a heart attack or stroke.
Amazingly, I have had the most successes in patient care after formally training under the prestigious Bale Doneen Method, initially in October 2014. Over the last five years, I have maintained certification through this group, even earning special distinction as a member of their National Speaker Bureau.
I proudly apply the intensive and personalized Bale Doneen Method to all my patients, using genetic interpretations to look for inflammation and other root causes of cardiovascular disease.
